Cari Knapp

Cari Knapp grew up in Rochester NY moving to sunny Florida to pursue a career in real estate. After getting her degree from SUNY Cortland in computer graphics and communications Cari immediately got involved in marketing and advertising. Creating commercials and web design she joined forces with the real estate coaching firm Money Tree. It was at this time that Cari realized she loved the world of real estate. Making the move to Florida not only involved acquiring her real estate license, but finding a position that she could use her marketing skills. With Vanguard Realty, she has done just that.

Cari is a not only a licensed Realtor with Team Knapp she also is the Director of Marketing. Staying ahead of the competition, she makes sure that Team Knapp is marketing their homes is the hottest venues available. Mike Cella

Mike is a long time former radio and TV on air personality. For over 30 years he has honed his media skills in front of radio microphones or TV cameras. Most recently he was the Morning News Host for WOKV AM &FM in Jacksonville for four years. Now he uses those communication skills to benefit his customers as a residential real estate specialist for Team Knapp. He is also a Property Manager helping homeowners turned landlords as well as individuals looking to rent homes in the Jacksonville area. In a short time he’s earned the nickname – Mike Cella “The Rental Fella” He also helps individuals who are looking to purchase investment real estate. He’s been a member of the Real Estate Investment Network of Jacksonville since 2005 and has attended numerous investment seminars and classes. He also owns his own investment property in Orange Park and Fleming Island. Mike stays in close touch with what’s happening in the Fleming Island Plantation Community as the Chairman of the CDD Board. He is also a vice president of BizNet of Jacksonville, a business networking group. Sara Galloway

Sara has been with Team Knapp for over 5 years. An active duty Navy wife, Sara appreciates the definition of the word relocate. A mother of 3 and having survived several deployments, Sara adds a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the team. A background of working in Attorney’s offices Sara knows the in’s and out of getting a job done.

Nicole Proulx
